How can you make the difference at HORSCH LLC.?
- You will assume full operational and strategic leadership of HORSCH LLC in North Dakota, USA, with responsibility for Production, Research & Development, and Supply Chain including Logistics.
- You are responsible for ensuring efficient and innovative production processes, driving the development of new products, and maintaining a robust and responsive supply chain.
- You will optimize workflows across departments, ensuring smooth coordination between production, supply chain and logistics teams.
- You ensure close collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet high-quality standards and delivery commitments.
- You are responsible for the growth, management, and professional development of the teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- You collaborate closely with the German headquarters and maintain regular exchange with the respective managers in Canada.
- You are accountable for continuous optimization of business processes to achieve operational excellence.
What are the optimum prerequisites for your entry?
- You hold a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration, ideally with strong technical competence in manufacturing and supply chain management
- You have several years of international experience, preferably within the North American market
- You are fluent in English
- You demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- You have proven experience in team management, production optimization, project management, and cross-functional coordination
- You possess an analytical and strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on mentality and excellent organizational skills
- You enjoy solving complex operational challenges and driving efficiency improvements
- You are willing and able to commit to a multi-year assignment in the US
