To further develop our production processes in the Russian market, we are looking for a Production Manager (all genders).
What will you move with us?
After a successful multi-year onboarding period at our sites in Germany and in Chaplygin, Russia, you will:
- support the selection and evaluation of potential production sites
- plan and operationally oversee the setup of new production plants
- take charge of selecting and developing employees in the production environment
- assume overall responsibility for a production operation including adjacent areas such as purchasing and logistics: you ensure occupational safety, quality, delivery dates and productivity, you plan, control and optimise production processes, and you drive improvement initiatives forward
- contribute to the strategic development of the organisation – particularly with regard to staffing structure, processes and investments
- support international projects, including in the context of further sites such as Kazakhstan
What are the best prerequisites for getting started?
- You have successfully completed a technical degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or hold a comparable qualification – ideally built on a commercial-technical apprenticeship
- You have a solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and, on that basis, communicate confidently with skilled workers and technical counterparts
- You have gained initial practical experience in production planning, manufacturing control or supply chain management, ideally with a connection to agriculture or agricultural machinery engineering
- A down-to-earth, hands-on way of working defines you: you analyse processes directly on the shop floor, take on operational tasks yourself – especially in the early phase – and work solution-oriented at the interface between planning and manufacturing
- You want to shape and build: this position offers you the prospect of developing the site further over the long term. You bring the willingness to carry this build-up operationally during the initial phase
- A pragmatic and uncomplicated working style goes without saying for you. You decide quickly and close to the action, operate across hierarchy levels and understand your role as a hands-on leadership task – not as a representative management function
- You are prepared to relocate your centre of life to Russia after a multi-year onboarding period in Germany
- You bring a high willingness to travel – during onboarding and beyond
- You have fluent Russian skills (native speaker or business-fluent, written and spoken), very good German and good English
- You are confident with MS Office and have initial experience with a PPC or ERP system

Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsprozesse im russischen Markt suchen wir einen Produktionsmanager (m/w/d).
Was bewegst Du bei uns?
Nach einer mehrjährigen erfolgreichen Einarbeitungszeit an unseren Standorten in Deutschland und Russland in Tschaplygin,
- unterstützt du bei der Auswahl und Bewertung potenzieller Produktionsstandorte
- planst und begleitest du den Aufbau neuer Produktionswerke operativ
- übernimmst du die Auswahl und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsumfeld
- übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für einen Produktionsbetrieb inkl. angrenzender Bereiche wie Einkauf und Logistik mit: Du stellst Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Liefertermine und Produktivität sicher, planst steuerst und optimierst Produktionsprozesse sowie treibst Verbesserungsinitiativen voran
- wirkst du an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Organisation mit - insbesondere in Bezug auf Personalstruktur, Prozesse und Investitionen
- unterstützt du internationale Projekte, u. a. im Kontext weiterer Standorte wie z.B. Kasachstan
Was sind die besten Voraussetzungen für Deinen Einstieg?
- Du hast ein technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen – gerne auf Basis einer gewerblich-technischen Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über ein Verständnis industrieller Fertigungsprozesse und kommunizierst auf dieser Grundlage sicher mit Fachkräften und technischen Ansprechpartnern
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder im Supply Chain Management gesammelt, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Landwirtschaft oder zum Landmaschinenbau
- Eine Bodenständige, praxisnahe Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus: Du analysierst Prozesse unmittelbar vor Ort in der Produktion, übernimmst gerade zu Beginn operative Aufgaben teilweise selbst und arbeitest lösungsorientiert an der Schnittstelle zwischen Planung und Fertigung
- Du möchtest gestalten und aufbauen: Die Position bietet Dir die Perspektive, den Standort langfristig weiterzuentwickeln. Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, diesen Aufbau in der Anfangsphase auch operativ zu tragen
- Ein pragmatischer & unkomplizierter Arbeitsstil ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Du entscheidest schnell und nah am Geschehen, agierst über Hierarchieebenen hinweg und verstehst Deine Rolle als aktiv mitarbeitende Führungsaufgabe – nicht als repräsentative Leitungsfunktion
- Du bist bereit, nach einer mehrjährigen Einarbeitung in Deutschland Deinen Lebensmittelpunkt nach Russland zu verlegen
- Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit – während der Einarbeitung und darüber hinaus
- Du verfügst über fließende Russischkenntnisse (Muttersprache bzw. verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift), sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast erste Erfahrungen mit einem PPS- bzw. Warenwirtschaftssystem
