For our Nordics Team we search for a Sales and Product Marketing Specialist (all genders).
How can you make the difference at HORSCH?
- You have passion for technology and a strong agronomic knowledge base to effectively demonstrate the value of all HORSCH products and parts in the Nordic’s markets
- You optimize sales of HORSCH products and parts through dealer development by developing and fostering long-lasting relationships with dealer personnel and end users
- You enjoy supplying sales support, dealer training, technical field assistance, customer and dealer demonstrations while prioritizing the highest-level of customer service and loyalty
- You get excited executing and coordinating marketing activities from brochures via PR and customer tours to production sites via shows and exhibitions to customer events
- Generate ideas and solutions through solid customer relationships. Follow up on customer needs by regular communication with the team
What are the optimum prerequisites for your entry?
- Experience with agricultural equipment and farm work is a must
- Solid knowledge in precision agriculture, usage, setup, and optimization
- Knowledge of the industry and dealer functions experience
- Basic technical knowledge or work experience as advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Self-starter, ambitious & motivated with ability to work as a team
- You have advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite as well as project management skills
- You are in possession of a driving licence for passenger cars and a passport
- In addition to the Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish language, you have a good command of written and spoken German or English

- Extensive travel is required for this position in all 4 Nordics markets
