For our Nordics Team we are looking for a Service Engineer (all genders).
How can you make the difference at HORSCH?
- You will support our sales partners and customers in the practical use of our machines in the Nordic´s markets
- You solve technical problems and organise necessary repairs
- You provide support during machine operations and technical training
- You carry out evaluations and assessments
- You process warranty cases
What are the optimum prerequisites for your entry?
- Practical agricultural experience in field cultivation and crop protection
- Experience in customer service - ideally in field service
- Technical experience and knowledge such as hydraulics knowledge, ISOBUS knowledge, tractor driving experience and electrical knowledge
- Very good communication skills
- Successfully completed technical training - ideally in agricultural machinery technology, mechanics, mechatronics, electrics, or similar.
- Possession of car driving license
- In addition to the Danish or Norwegian or Finnish or Swedish language, you have a good command of written and spoken German or English
- High competence in self-management
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment.
